RSA
Names use a combination of sound and meaning. "North, West, East, Free, State and Zulu" are what they mean; "Kwa, Natal, Cape, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and Gauteng" are what they sound like. In Chinese, "Northwest" is "Westnorth".
